Perfect Meditation
Meditation is just Focused thinking !
Worry is a form of Meditation but a negative form.
And I assume we all know what happens when we worry too much , our health gets Lowered and we basically don't feel good.
Now the kind of Meditation we need to do is *Meditation upon the Word*
Go read about how much God loves you in his Bible and think about it until it sinks into your heart ❤️
Until you truly feel loved by God...
Do this constantly and use the verses you read in your ordinary vocabulary to get God's word deeper in your heart.
A meditation I am going to start doing is called *Loving kindness* meditation
And what basically happens in it is that I Create a mental image of peace and imagine myself dwelling in it and giving it to everyone from my haters , friends, those suffering and so on.
The key is to set your brain firing with Love and compassion for the Whole Human race( one step a time)
As you practice this, you train your mind on how to be more compassionate and empathetic and ๐ you won't experience negative emotions as much because Your brain has formed a new response to life which is compassion ❤️
So sit down and think about the Ways you can integrate Meditation into your life !
