*SPIRITUAL WELFARE* 
Our spiritual life is very important cause every thing that happens to us first happens in our spiritual life. You should learn spiritual welfare that is fighting the devil's plans in the spiritual world.
Ephesians 6:12
For we are not fighting against human beings but against the wicked spiritual forces in the heavenly world, the rulers, authorities and cosmic powers of this dark age.

That's why the devil fears someone who is strong in their spiritual life, even if you have expensive things and you are rich with things of this world, but if you are not strong in ur spiritual life, the devil will plan to put you down.
Revelation 3:17

So as I said, the devil tries very much to blind our spiritual life and he makes us lazy and weak that we lose interest in reading the Bible, Fellowshipping, praying e.t.c 
Such borne again christians are neither hot nor cold.
If u really want to build up or restore ur spiritual world with God then you should not allow the devil to make you lazy you should restore; 
1️⃣ Fasting
2️⃣ Strong prayer
3️⃣ Reading the bible
4️⃣ Walking by the spirit
5️⃣ Fellowshipping at church
6️⃣ Seeking the Lord.

That's how we shall be able to restore our life spiritually.

A true borne again christian doesn't allow the devil to weaken them. You may develop an experience of praying when you don't even like praying, reading the bible when you don't even feel like.
 Yes if you keep on doing this when you don't even have the interest, then you will be able to resist the devil and for this, you will keep on restoring your relationship with God.
If we don't strengthen our spiritual life, the devil will resist us from our blessing and plans God has for us. But if we keep on restoring spiritual life, we shall get to know GOD'S plans and blessings for us.

My current understanding of Spiritual warfare

  Hello everyone , hope you all well. It has been a circus of events for me this year but by the Grace of God , I stand ! Today, I'm going to teach about Spiritual warfare. Some problems can't be solved in the physical world but only in the Spiritual world. A case of this includes Demonic attacks or oppression , you can't slap or hit a demon  You can only by the spirit fight it using the word of God The Bible describes the word as A sword , a weapon of warfare that is used to destroy the strongholds or even the demonic entities bothering your life. There are the other aspects of the Armour of God ( you should look into it in Ephesians 6:10-20) so that you can get an image of a warrior going to battle but this time not against people but against evil powers.
